Patrik Laine and his fiance Jordan Leigh have been having some fun in Canada ever since the former was traded to the Montreal Canadiens in the offseason.

Unfortunately, Laine has been dealing with a pretty awful injury. He is going to be out of the Montreal Canadiens lineup until next year, which has a lot of fans worried about what is going to happen when he is back on the ice. Having said that, Laine does seem motivated to show people that he can still play the game of hockey at a high level, even if some people are now huge disbelievers in the star.

Regardless of all of this, Laine continues to have a great attitude. He is having a lot of fun and seems to be embracing this next chapter of his life. With Halloween about a week away, Laine even got into the spirit as he and Leigh decided to dress up. As you see, Laine was in drag, wearing a nurse outfit while Leigh was a doctor.

It just goes to show that Laine is feeling comfortable in the new city. He is settled in and is just having fun. After his injury, it would have been easy to just sink into a dark place and wallow in what went down. However, instead, Laine has pulled up his sleeves and he is doing his best to rehab.

Hopefully, Laine can have a truly amazing comeback. A lot of NHL fans miss when he was scoring goals at an incredible clip. At one point, there were real debates about him and Auston Matthews. If he can somehow get back to his old ways, Habs fans would be overjoyed.
