A list of four teams that Mitch Marner would allegedly consent to be transferred from the Toronto Maple Leafs to has been made public by insider David Pagnotta.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have made an effort to withhold information. In an interview yesterday, general manager Brad Treliving attempted to dispel some of the allegations that have been floating around about his team. But one persistent notion is that the Maple Leafs will attempt to move on at last. From Mitch Marner.
Unverified rumors about the Leafs and the Utah Hockey Club nearing an agreement to trade Marner to Utah arose earlier this week. Despite rumors to the contrary, this rumor is untrue. Some relationships won't end. The Fourth Period's David Pagnotta provided some updated information today.
Pagnotta claims that Marner has provided the team with the four sites where he is open to accepting a trade.
»I believe there are four teams he would go to. I believe there are a few moreif they are going to try and do this, they are going to try and maximize the value as much as they can (regarding paying signing bonus/signing extension)I think Vegas would be a team he would go to, I think Dallas would be, I think Chicago would be - I don't know how Chicago would work, I don't see a fit there, and I think there is Nashville and a few more he would consider.»
Finding a team with assets and cap space ready to take on the transaction will be the hardest part for the Maple Leafs, according to Pagnotta's list of teams Marner would accept a trade to. It's going to be a busy five days for sure, and it will be interesting to see how the Leafs proceed with Mitch Marner.
