The Flyers took to Twitter to share the details:
"We have acquired defenseman Jamie Drysdale and a second-round selection in the 2025 NHL Draft from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for forward Cutter Gauthier." This trade adds a significant piece to the Flyers' blue line, shaking things up and altering the perspective. Earlier rumors suggested Gauthier might not be keen on joining the Flyers, potentially shedding light on his move.
