The Rangers forward was reportedly caught firing a gun in an illegal area on July 6th on the territory of the Tumashevo tract of the Moshensky district. Thankfully for Panarin, the consequence seems to have been more lenient, with the NHLer paying an administrative fine and having his gun confiscated by police. According to reports, Panarin pled guilty in the matter.
The Rangers fell short of expectations this year during the playoffs, so you can bet that Panarin, Zibanejad, Shesterkin, Kreider and the rest of the core will be extra motivated to come in this season and work their tails off in training camp in an attempt to put their best foot forward when the season gets under way in October.
