Comments from one of Jaromir Jagr's former teammates seem to indicate that Jagr wasn't a good teammate

Jaromir Jagr has legend status, through and through, after playing 24 seasons in the National Hockey League and racking up 1,733 regular season games in the best league in the world. Jagr still sits 2nd all time in scoring behind only Wayne Gretzky, with 1,921 points. What's even more impressive, he's still playing pro hockey at 51 years old in his native Czechia.

Jagr was revered during his time in the league, though there was one player in particular from his past who didn't exactly appear to be overly thrilled about playing with #68 during his time with the Calgary Flames.
Former teammate and long-time Calgary Flames forward Matt Stajan had little to say about playing with Jagr other than the obligatory, generic comment about having the ability to say that he once played with one of the greatest players of all time, while shutting down any other questions about Jagr during an appearance on the Flames Nation Barn Burner podcast; take a look.
Another interesting part of the Barnburner interview with Stajan was the way Stajan phrased the Jagr phase of his time with the #Flames. He mentioned that it's cool to say that he played with Jagr, but the way he talked about it was like Jagr poisoned the locker room...

The way Stajan quickly shut down the question about Jagr does suggest that there was some friction in the locker room. To what degree is unclear, but it's surprising nonetheless.
