Canucks forward Pius Suter exits game after taking puck to the face
Game five in Vancouver kicked off with explosive energy, but the Canucks' aggressive play quickly took a concerning turn. In a chaotic moment early in the game, a stray puck changed the course of the night for one of their key players.
As the Canucks pressed hard in the offensive zone, defenseman Carson Soucy launched a powerful shot from the blue line. Tragically, the puck veered off course and struck forward Pius Suter in the head, sending him to the ice covered in blood.
