Vincent Arseneau is a tough guy who has been a journeyman around the American Hockey League over the last few years.

Overall, he hasn't seen a ton of success in the A, however, he is still someone who can give you some reliable minutes from time to time. The Laval Rocket know this to be the case. In fact, they have been employing Arseneau as of late and they have watched him get into quite a few fights. During these fights, Arseneau always seems to win because of his size.

Most recently, however, Arseneau found himself in a bit of a tough situation. We say that because he was in a fight when he had his finger broken. The scene was actually quite gruesome as you could see his finger bent out of shape on camera. He then snapped it back into place like a badass.

This is one of those things that is not for the faint of heart. If you are a bit squeamish, then you are going to want to stay away from watching this video. Having said that, we applaud Arseneau for doing that, even though it was probably very painful for him to do so.

With this clip going viral, we're sure Arseneau is going to be feeling like the man for a few days. Whether or not that feeling actually lasts, remains to be seen.
