The hockey community is set to remember the touching story of Calgary Flames assistant general manager Chris Snow, a narrative that has left a lasting impact on many.

This Saturday night, the Colorado Avalanche will once again shine a light on Chris's tremendous influence and the incredible courage he displayed in his battle with ALS. As the Avalanche face off against the Calgary Flames at Ball Arena, the team has chosen this special evening to pay tribute to the late Chris Snow.

Taking their gesture a step further, the Avalanche have extended an invitation to Chris's widow, Kelsie Snow, and their children to be the guests of honor at Ball Arena during the tribute.

Kelsie shared this heartwarming news on social media, accompanying her message with a photo capturing the sheer joy on her kids' faces upon hearing the news.

"When the Avalanche told us they wanted to honor Chris at tonight's game against the Flames in Denver, we were so grateful," Kelsie expressed. "When they asked us if we would be their guests, well, you can see the look on these two faces."
