Today's Outdoor Game Between the Rangers and the Islanders Faces Delay Due to Weather
Outdoor games in the NHL always hinge on weather conditions to ensure optimal ice quality. Unfortunately, despite sunny skies in New Jersey, the ice at MetLife Stadium isn't up to par for the scheduled 3 PM start time.
According to insider Larry Brooks, the game will likely be pushed back to a 3:45 PM start time at the earliest.
Stay tuned for an official update from the NHL as we continue to monitor the situation closely.
