Nylander, drafted 8th overall in 2014, has spent his entire career with the Maple Leafs. In 558 games, he boasts an impressive record of 198 goals and 286 assists. This season has been particularly fruitful for Nylander, with 21 goals and a total of 54 points in just 37 games.
While Nylander's current performance is noteworthy, the challenge lies in whether he can maintain this level of play. Any potential dip could pose salary challenges for the Leafs in the future.
