A familiar face from the NHL, former Winnipeg Jets defenseman Nathan Beaulieu, is making a move to continue his hockey journey across the pond.

Nathan Beaulieu confirmed today that he's signing with EHC Kloten, a team in the Swiss League. He's set to stay with Kloten until the end of the season.
Last season, the 30-year-old Canadian played 52 games in the NHL with the Anaheim Ducks and 4 games in the AHL with the San Diego Gulls, where he notched one goal and four assists.
Beaulieu's next adventure takes his veteran presence overseas, where he'll share the ice with Montreal Canadiens' first-round pick David Reinbacher.

A Quick Look at Beaulieu's NHL Career

Let's reflect on Nathan Beaulieu's impressive NHL career, which, for the moment, is on hold.
Over the course of 11 seasons, he played 471 NHL games, representing the Montreal Canadiens, Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Anaheim Ducks.
During his time with the Jets, he played 105 games and tallied 18 points. This stint with the Jets was second in length only to his early career days with the Montreal Canadiens.
With a successful run overseas, Beaulieu might just earn another shot in the NHL down the road.
