Sad news surfaced today from the hockey world as 18-year-old, hockey player Roman Zyryanov has sadly taken his own life. Initial reports state that Zyryanov committed s*icide by leaping in front of a train.
Zyryanov had played 3 seasons for the Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod program from U16- U18. His final year with the team was in 2022-23 where he records one goal and 3 assists for 4 points in just 2 games.
