On Sunday night, Reaves took part in a preseason tilt between the Ottawa Senators and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Overall, this was a big matchup that the Leafs ended up losing by a score of 6-5. However, there were some big tilts throughout the evening, and as you can imagine, Reaves took part without hesitation.
Below, you can see that Senators player Donovan Sebrango hit Reaves from behind. Reaves did not like this and the two dropped the gloves. Eventually, Reaves came out victorious, and we're sure Sebrango regrets ever messing with the seasoned veteran.
There are some players out there that you just should not mess with and Reaves just so happens to be one of them. Now, it will be interesting to see how much of Reaves we see throughout the regular season. He was oftentimes a healthy scratch last season. Having said that, under head coach Craig Berube, he may just get himself some extra grace. Winning fights certainly won't hurt his case.
