Elliotte Friedman details failed trade that could have been huge
Overall, the Buffalo Sabres are a team that has been in disarray for a very long time, and their moves have not been particularly strong.
Now, it is being reported by Elliotte Friedman that the Sabres were reportedly trying to trade Kerbs. However, they could not find a trade partner. While Kerbs has a low levels of production, there was this feeling that this kind of deal would have actually been pretty big because of Krebs' potential.
One has to wonder what the plan is for the Sabres, moving forward. They have done next to nothing to make this team a true contender. They are never close to the postseason, and that probably won't change for a while. Either way, the team is down bad.
