Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry has had a terrible start to the season and there have been some concerns about whether or not he is going to be on the team for the foreseeable future.

After a horrific start to the year, Jarry was turned into the third goaltender on the team, which is never a demotion you want to see as a goaltender. However, when you have been playing poorly, you just have to accept your fate and get better between the pipes. However, the latest development for Jarry is even worse than you may think.

According to the Penguins, Jarry has been officially sent down to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Now, Jarry will have to get some AHL reps in an attempt to get some better results. If his stint in Wilkes-Barre is unsuccessful, then he could very well be done in the NHL.

There have been rumblings that the Penguins would like to trade Jarry, although that has yet to be officially confirmed. If Jarry can't stop the puck, then there are no teams out there that would be willing to trade for him. It is as simple as that, and Jarry just need to find a way to get his game back.

Overall, it will be interesting to see how this all works out for the Penguins going forward. None of their goalies have been particularly good, which is very concerning. They may just have to get lucky and hope someone goes on a massive run.
