Overall, the Florida Panthers are living life right now as they picked up the team's first Stanley Cup championship in franchise history.

With this latest victory, fans have been anticipating some changes to their rink design. This is customarily done as a way to commemorate a team's big victory. In fact, a photo of the Florida Panthers' Stanley Cup Center Ice logo leaked online recently. As you can see down below, it is a pretty unique illustration that truly embodies the spirit of the Panthers organization.

Unfortunately, according to Andy Slater of FoxSports640, the employee who leaked this image was swiftly fired from their post. It is unclear what their job was, but it is clear that the Panthers did not appreciate the internal leak.

Fans online are not too impressed with the franchise, noting that this is completely unfair and downright unnecessary. Clearly, the Panthers would have to disagree with those assessments.

Do you believe the Florida Panthers were too harsh here? Let us know in the poll down below and stay tuned to Hockey Unplugged for the latest news and updates from around the hockey world.
