Connor McDavid gives perfect answer when asked who should be Canada's 4 Nations Face-Off Captain

Overall, this is a huge tournament that is going to feature Canada, the United States, Sweden, and even Finland. It should be a whole lot of fun, although no one knows for sure if it is going to be good hockey. At the end of the day, this is a new tournament and it is happening in the middle of the NHL season. It is a risk, but it is supposed to be a good time for everyone.

As it stands, the teams still haven't been finalized although they likely will be very soon. Meanwhile, many are trying to debate who the captain of the team should be. In the case of McDavid, he has the perfect suggestion for who should get the honor. His response was Sidney Crosby.

Some would have suggested McDavid in some sort of passing of the torch moment. However, Crosby definitely deserves the honor. He has won two Olympic Gold Medals with Team Canada and has three Stanley Cup championships to his name. He has the resume to be able to lay claim to such an amazing honor.

As for McDavid, he will very likely be one of the alternate captains. Either way, it is going to be interesting to watch this tournament play out. Hopefully, Canada and the other three countries put on a show.
