The Chicago Blackhawks Announce When Connor Bedard Will Return
According to Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun Times, the Blackhawks are hopeful to have Connor Bedard returning next week, with his last doctor's appointment scheduled for February 19th.
The Chicago Blackhawks have faced challenges resembling those of an AHL team since mid-December, grappling with injuries to key players like Taylor Hall, Andreas Athanasiou, Anthony Beauvillier, and, notably, Connor Bedard.
The team has only managed to secure five wins since December 18th, when Bedard suffered a broken jaw, requiring him to undergo significant time off for surgery.
Despite the tough season for Blackhawks fans, there's optimism for the future with promising prospects like Lukas Reichel, Ian Mitchel, Alex Vlasic, and, of course, Connor Bedard, who continue to develop alongside the team.
With Bedard's potential return, fans can anticipate his remarkable skill and game-changing abilities. Although the team is currently struggling, there's hope for the future, especially with prospects like Bedard and the potential for a favorable draft lottery next year.
