Boston Bruins Head Coach Calls Out His Team For Poor Efforts After Tough Loss
After a tough 5-2 loss to the New York Rangers, Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery didn't hold back.
He called out the team's power play, expressing surprise and disappointment at their lackluster performance.
Montgomery stressed the need for improvement, pointing out the recent success of the second unit.
«Jim Montgomery on the Bruins PP: «Our second unit has probably scored 8 of our last 10 power play goals. We'll watch the film and get better.» Monty said he was «surprised» and «disappointed» the B's didn't have a crisper performance»
Determined to bounce back, Montgomery promised to review the game footage with the team to address their weaknesses and step up their game going forward.
