Penguins & Blues complete trade involving draft picks
This morning, the Pittsburgh Penguins announced that they had completed a trade with the St. Louis Blues.
Overall, this deal only includes draft picks. The Penguins are getting a second-round pick in 2026 and a third-round pick in 2025. Meanwhile, the Blues will be getting a second-round pick in 2025 and a fifth-round pick in 2026. Needless to say, not a blockbuster deal by any means.
This comes on the same morning that the St. Louis Blues tendered offer sheets at Philip Broberg and Dylan Holloway of the Edmonton Oilers. Needless to say, the Blues franchise is having a busy morning.
