PK Subban has fans up in arms after sharing a questionable comedy sketch

PK Subban is someone who has always proven to be a bit controversial thanks to his on-ice antics and some of his hot takes ever since becoming an analyst for ESPN.

Recently, however, Subban elicited some controversy for his social media activity. Below, you can see that he re-shared and even laughed at a comedy sketch that pokes fun at people who wore masks in their cars during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is one of those topics that can be divisive and Subban should have known there would be some pushback.

Below, you can see numerous reactions to what Subban shared. Clearly, people are upset that Subban would trivialize something as serious as COVID-19.

"My sister would be seen doing that when she was coming to pick me up - I have a myriad of health issues and have tried hard to not get COVID. She was helping to keep me safe & healthy. It's really sad that she'd be mocked for it. And by someone who used to care about sick kids."

"C'mon, PK, be better than that. Don't retweet anti-vaxxer, conspiracy theorists who try to mask their bullcrap with memes."

"Why can't people just leave people alone? Why does anyone care if someone wore a mask alone in a car? You don't know what their anxieties are. Maybe they just forgot it was on.
The real issue is that people care what others do with their lives.
Grow up."

It seems obvious that PK does not care about the backlash. If he did, he wouldn't have shared any of this in the first place. While some may vow to not be his fan ever again, there are still others who simply do not care.
