Johnny & Matthew Gaudreau Deaths: driver identified as mugshot surfaces online
Overall, it is a shocking and devastating development for the hockey world. Many remain in a state of disbelief over what happened. Furthermore, a man has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence and death by auto. Now, the mugshot of the man has been revealed, and we even have his name.
According to Fox29's Steve Keeley, the man in question is Sean Higgins of Woodstown, NJ. You can find some of those details, down below.
Keeley also described the events that transpired leading up to the incident. As he explains, Higgins was trying to change lanes and did so in a reckless manner that ultimately claimed the lives of the Gaudreus. It is unfathomable that this happened, and there is no telling how Higgins will plead when placed in front of a judge.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Gaudreau family during this truly devastating time. We cannot imagine what they must be going through at this moment.
