Maple Leafs Head Coach Releases Unfortunate Update On Mitch Marner
As the Toronto Maple Leafs gear up to take on the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday night, coach Sheldon Keefe provided an update on the status of forward Mitch Marner.
Marner, currently dealing with a day-to-day injury, is not expected to suit up for the upcoming game against the Flyers.
According to David Alter:
"Sheldon Keefe says Mitch Marner remains day-to-day and unlikely to play on Thursday.
Jake McCabe was out for maintenance today." In Marner's absence, Nicholas Robertson has been called up from the Marlies to fill his spot.
