Former NHL Enforcer's Son Dominates Opponent in Intense Fight
During a recent game in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League between the Nipawin Hawks and Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers, Luke Chase, whose dad is ex-NHL tough guy Kelly Chase, showed his fighting prowess.
Luke, playing for the Hawks, engaged in a scrap with the Klippers' Ethan Hilbig at center ice. Despite both players being willing, it was clear Hilbig was outmatched.
Although Hilbig initially fought back, Luke's relentless barrage overwhelmed him. Despite a momentary drop to his knees, Hilbig got back up, only to face more punishment from Luke, who controlled the fight throughout.
After the match, Kelly Chase proudly shared the video on social media, acknowledging his son's toughness and jokingly admitting he might not be the toughest in the family anymore.
Luke's performance even earned praise from NHL veterans, including Chris Pronger.
