Dylan Larkin delivers yet another dirty hit to the head and fans have had enough

Just a few days ago, we reported on how Larkin hit AJ Spellacy of the Chicago Blackhawks. Overall, it was a pretty brutal hit that fans did not appreciate one bit. Larkin now has a bit of a history when it comes to cheap shots, and there are many out there who believe it is a bad sign of what is to come. Once a player builds a history, it is hard to change that perception. Moreover, as a player, once you build a bad habit, it is hard to break from it. Ultimately, it is a vicious cycle.

Above, you can see that Larkin got in trouble all over again, this time thanks to a hit to the head on Toronto Maple Leafs player Marshall Rifai. It was a shoulder-to-head type hit that seemed like a drive-by check of sorts. On the surface, it looked pretty bad, and it didn't help Larkin's perception around the league.

Below, you can find numerous reactions to the head hit from Larkin. Overall, fans believe that Larkin needs some sort of suspension. Others believe Larkin could benefit from a fight with a larger player or some sort of enforcer, who would make him pay for his head-hunting ways. No matter what, it seems like Larkin is going to need to chill out, moving forward.
