Blackhawks Forward Placed On Waivers After Being Sidelined For Months
The Chicago Blackhawks have made a roster move, putting center Luke Philp on waivers on Tuesday afternoon.
According to insider Elliotte Friedman, Luke Philp, a forward for the Chicago Blackhawks, has been placed on waivers.
Philp, who underwent Achilles surgery in August, has been sidelined for six months. It appears he's set to join Rockford and begin his return to play.
The 28-year-old Philp hasn't played any games this season as he's been recovering from his Achilles surgery back in August.
