Jeremy Swayman roasted by the "Hawk Tuah" girl amid heated contract negotiation

Yesterday, it was reported that Cam Neely of the Bruins went after Swayman for not accepting a $64 million deal. Following the call out, there was a lot of chatter about whether or not this offer was real. Swayman's agent even put out a statement making it seem as though the offer was never on the table to begin with.

Welch got involved here when she took to X to ask who should the next guest be on her podcast, "Talk Tuah." One fan replied with Jeremy Swayman, which in context, is a hilarious proposition. However, Welch turned around with a hilarious response.

Given the fact that Welch's brand has nothing to do with hockey, a lot of fans found this to be pretty funny.
