Tensions Flared As Domi & Janmark Go Toe-To-Toe In Heated Tilt
In a heated moment during the Leafs versus Oilers game last night, things escalated when Mattias Janmark and Max Domi engaged in a physical altercation.
With just under eight minutes remaining in the game, tensions flared between Domi and Janmark near the Leafs' end boards, leading to a gloves-off showdown.
Janmark delivered a series of swift and powerful punches early on, but Domi countered with wild right uppercuts before ultimately bringing Janmark down to the ice. Both players exchanged heavy blows throughout the fight, resulting in a closely contested bout.
Despite the intensity, Domi emerged from the skirmish with a smile, though his father, former NHL enforcer Tie Domi, appeared less than thrilled with the altercation from the stands.
