Recently, Brand came out with a video about the Lifetune Flex from Aires Tech. This product costs $240 and is used to reportedly help heal you, while also keeping negative energies away. The company suggests that it can block out things like WiFi and 5G. There is no credible research suggesting that these things can harm you, but there is no doubt that there is a whole industry around products that promise to protect you.
Below, you can see Tavares' endorsement on the Aires Tech website. It is here where he makes the claim that the amulet has helped him recover quickly from injuries.
This has gotten a lot of NHL fans fired up and for good reason. At the end of the day, it does look bad for one of the biggest stars in the league to be endorsing alleged pseudo-science.
One has to wonder if Tavares is going to address this. He has supposedly been endorsing the product for a long time, but fans are only finding out now. Considering the negative publicity around Aires Tech and their amulet, he must be feeling at least a little embarrassed.
