EA Sports leaks cover stars for NHL 25
EA Sports is going to be releasing NHL 25 closer to the Fall, and fans are extremely excited about what this new game is going to look like, and who the cover stars will be.
Well, according to Noah Strang of the Daily Hive, we now know who will be on the cover. However, it seems like EA Sports made a huge mistake as they leaked the reveal themselves. The company posted a trailer to the game on YouTube, and immediately took it down. In the interim, some fans were able to capture video footage of the trailer, and below, you can see who will be on the cover.
EA Sports has gone with
Quinn Hughes of the Vancouver Canucks, as well as Jack and
Luke Hughes of the New Jersey Devils. All three of them are brothers who made the NHL, so putting them on a cover together is certainly symbolic.
Unfortunately, EA Sports and the three brothers had their surprise ruined. It is unclear exactly what happened here and why the video was posted prematurely. In fact, the video is set to debut on Thursday, at 11 AM EST. So if you want to wait to get the full scope of the new game, now you know when you should be anticipating a reveal for.
