Youth hockey is supposed to be a celebration of the next generation of hockey, however, more often than not, parents seem to ruin it for everyone by being way too invested.

We saw just this over the past week during a Klevr Super League tournament in Hamilton. The Toronto Stars Black were taking on the Northern Saints Gold in a U9 game. However, the game had to be stopped after parents started to get into a brawl behind the glass. Even a coach got involved in the melee.

Now, the league is speaking out about the incident. In fact, they noted that if parents continue to act this way, their kid will be promptly removed from the league entirely.
"We will not let the actions of a few overshadow the fun and spirit of KSL events. We have consistently communicated and enforced our expectations regarding parent and coach conduct and will continue to rigorously uphold these standards. Behavior that violates our code of conduct will result in discipline, including permanently losing participation privileges in the KSL. There is no place in the KSL for violent or aggressive behavior by anyone."

This kind of stuff is absolutely disgusting and you really do hate to see stuff like this. Hopefully, the league is able to crackdown on any such behavior, moving forward.
